About me

I am the landlady.
I have lived in this house for over 20 years.
I use the ground floor and the 1st floor.

After running YENN Leuven (see TripAdvsior and Facebook) for almost 9 years I'm ready for a change.
We are returning to temporary housing for students and young professionals now.
My 2 sons are in their twenties and are spreading their wings.
Once in a while they live here as well.

Before we started with the b&b we were renting out rooms to local students for more than 10 years.

So you see, we've always had lodgers in this house ...

Studio Birgen (3rd floor) is a duplex flat with fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom (toilet, shower, sink).
Garage available for bikes (no extra fee).

Bi-weekly cleaning service available (fee to be discussed).
Bed linen and bathroom linen available (fee to be discussed).
In house laundry service available (fee to be discussed).

Rentals are available from several weeks up to several months.
